2017 2nd World Congress on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (WCMEE2017) is an optimal platform for academic communications, exchange of ideas and inspirations between specialists and scholars in fields of mechanical and electrical engineering, including hot issues such as computer engineering, telecommunication engineering and electromechanical engineering.
